Fees are per person. Variations are due to complexity.
A NON-refundable 50% payment is required at the time of contract signing. The balance is due upon completion of the portrait and approval by the client prior to delivery.
Full length portraits may be standing or seated.
Portrait dimensions are determined after consultation.
Travel expenses including transportation and hotel, when the artist works outside of the Atlanta metropolitan area are additional as are framing, shipping, insurance, delivery, and giclee reproductions.
Exact fees are finalized with the client before the portrait is begun.

Delivery dates and deadlines
The artist will make every effort to accommodate the wishes of the client as to completion deadlines. Please let us know if there is a retirement party or other specific date to be considered. Nash is currently accepting commissions with target deadlines of late 2021. The length of time before any new work can be delivered is a function of the scope and complexity of the project itself and also the artist’s current workload. The artist will often have several projects in varying stages of completion but all work is generally completed on a first come first served basis unless something unforeseen delays one of them.
Unveilings: Whenever possible the artist will attend and assist with unveilings and provide an easel and unveiling drapes. Please let us know as far in advance as possible if a celebration event is planned.
